Weekly or Bi-weekly 18 Point Inspection:

 Retrieve mail and packages

 Make sure all exterior doors and windows are locked and secure

 Inspect all interior areas for any possible water intrusion

 Inspect all areas for signs of pest infestation

 Check the thermostat to make sure heat and ac are functioning and proper humidity level

 Check the breaker box to make sure nothing is tripped

 Test all faucets for signs of leaks and hot water is functioning

 Inspect all appliances to make sure they are functioning and on the proper settings

 Check all toilets to make sure they are not running

 Check the attic (if accessible) for any signs of water intrusion

 Check the AC and hot water heater water pans to make sure they are dry

 Check the garage and FROG for any apparent problems

 Assess the condition of the landscaping

 Check outdoor furniture and patio for any issues

 Check pipes under the home (if accessible) to look for any apparent problems

 Check roof and gutters from the ground for any apparent issues

 Check potted plants and water as needed

 Check obvious issues like unusual odors or chirping smoke/CO detectors

*Any additional requested minor checks will be performed at no additional cost
